I. General Policies
1. Applicability

This policy applies only to orders placed directly through nooms.store.

If your purchase was made through a third-party platform (such as Amazon or retail distributors), please contact them directly for assistance.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened or used supplement bottles (for hygiene and safety reasons).

Items missing original packaging, seals, or protective shrink-wrap.

Products damaged by mishandling, drops, or improper storage.

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Gift.”
For health and safety, once a supplement seal is broken, the product is considered used and cannot be resold or returned.
II. Return Policy
1. Return Timeframes

Standard Returns: Within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Defective or Damaged Products: Within 30 calendar days of receipt (photo/video proof required).
2. Return Process

Reason for return (attach clear photos or a short video if defective)

Once approved, our team will provide the return address and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
âś… STEP 3: Ship the Product Back
Use the original packaging when possible. Share the tracking number with us once the item is shipped.
âś… STEP 4: Refund
After receiving and inspecting the product, your refund will be processed within 7–15 business days to your original payment method.
3. Cost Responsibilities

4. Important Notes

Do not return products without prior approval.

We do not accept returns sent via collect-on-delivery (COD).

Refunds only apply to the product price; original shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.

Partial deductions may apply if returned items show wear, missing parts, or broken seals.
III. Exchange Policy
Eligibility:
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items reported within 30 days of delivery.
Follow the same process as a return, but specify “Exchange Request” in your email.
Replacement products will ship within 1–3 business days after we receive your returned item.
For non-defective products, exchanges are not available. Please process as a standard return instead.
IV. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet shipped.

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.

Once an order has shipped, you must follow the standard return process.
V. Refund Details

Refunds are issued within 7–15 business days after approval.

Slight differences in refund amounts may occur due to exchange rate fluctuations between payment and refund dates.

If you do not see your refund after 15 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider.
