We Offer Shipping to the United States and Select International Locations

At Nooms, we’re committed to delivering your products safely and maintaining the highest level of quality. Please review the information below to understand our shipping process, delivery times, and policies.

Processing & Dispatch

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and packaging.
Each order is freshly packed and sealed at the time of purchase to ensure optimal product quality and safety.
Because every batch is inspected and prepared individually, delivery may take slightly longer than standard mass-shipped items — but this ensures maximum freshness and quality control for every customer.

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery method.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you haven’t received a tracking number or if it’s not updating, please contact us — our support team will help you right away.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 13–24 business days

  • Canada & Europe: 15–28 business days

  • Other international destinations: 20–30 business days

(Delivery times may vary depending on customs, logistics, and carrier conditions.)


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not deliver to Ukraine, Russia, Kosovo, Turkey, or Norway.
If you’re unsure whether we ship to your area, please contact us before placing an order.


Risk & Ownership

All items are shipped according to a shipment contract.
This means that once we hand your order to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.


After-Sales Claims

1. Time Limits

  • Loss / Non-Delivery: Must be reported within 7 days after the order is marked “Delivered.”

  • Damaged or Incorrect Shipment: Submit photographic evidence (including the shipping label) within 48 hours of receiving the package.

2. Process

Nooms reserves the right to:

  • Request additional proof such as unboxing videos.

  • Decline refund or replacement based on the investigation.

  • Exclude replacement items from secondary returns.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly.
If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a delivery failure, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.


Customs Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

Import taxes or customs fees may be applied by your local authorities.
These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.
If unpaid duties result in a package being returned, a 20% restocking fee will apply.


Force Majeure

Nooms is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, or customs clearance delays.
